What is Primordial Sound Meditation?

Based in the 5,000-year-old Vedic tradition, this meditation technique uses a personalised mantra based on the vibration the universe was making at the exact date and time of your birth. Repeating this mantra during meditation helps you slip into the silence between your thoughts to help you quiet your mind, look past fear and anxiety, and react from a place of stillness and calm. 

As a certified Meditation Teacher, I give my clients a well-rounded education in the mantra-based meditation practice of Primordial Sound Meditation, and a toolkit of practices to help them incorporate its powerful techniques into their own lives.

I will help you discover the mindfulness technique of mantra meditation. We will dive deep into the foundations of meditation to strengthen your mind-body-spirit connection, and I will translate them into easy-to-implement practices for you.
