I embarked on a well-being journey eight years ago driven by a desire to regain stability amid heightened anxiety and depression. Thriving in London's corporate world for over a decade, the demanding lifestyle took a toll on my mental health, prompting me to take action.
Breaking free from self-criticism and embracing worthiness became my path to personal growth. Immersing myself in mindfulness, meditation, Ayurveda, and holistic health practices, I adopted an integrated approach to a healthier lifestyle. This journey evolved into my passion, establishing me as a go-to resource for well-being advice.
Realising my calling, I became a Total Well-being Coach, blending positive psychology, life coaching, and health coaching. Now, equipped with profound insights, I'm here to guide you on your transformative journey toward well-being and empowerment.
